How will the C&S Committee assess my New Club Application?

Created by Natalie Moussa, Modified on Wed, 18 Dec, 2024 at 11:53 AM by Natalie Moussa

Proposed clubs will be assessed by the C&S Committee to ascertain whether the club:

1. Will substantially contribute to the Objects of the Program.

2. Will uphold the Principles of the Program.

3. Is substantially different from existing clubs in the Program based on its aims, activities, and

membership base.

4. Will function primarily as an on-campus community.

5. Is not controlled or substantially influenced by external organisations.

Please note, in wanting to ensure all Clubs are unique to the C&S program, C&S Committee are acutely aware of not diluting existing Clubs with similar values and aims. Not all new Club applications are approved into the program.

There may be times where C&S Committee request additional information or clarification on some items listed in your application and/or constitution.
