Your Club needs to be registered with Clubs & Societies to be able to qualify for a stall at Welcome Fest.
They are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Registrations open several weeks before Welcome Fest and are available through C&S Newsletter useful links through MyUSU Club Hub.
