What is a VTeam Leader and how is it different from a regular VTeamer?

Created by Natalie Moussa, Modified on Thu, 26 Jun at 10:31 AM by Natalie Moussa

A VTeam Leader is an experienced volunteer who takes on a leadership role during volunteer shifts. They act as the main point of contact for their group, helping to guide and support fellow volunteers - especially those who are new. VTeam Leaders assist with tasks like marking attendance, helping run events, and communicating directly with USU staff. They’re confident in their communication and problem-solving skills, having gained valuable experience through their extensive volunteer hours. Leaders also play a key role in providing feedback to the Volunteer Program Coordinator about how shifts and events went, including suggestions for improving future experiences.
