Booking a BBQ space on campus

Barbecue spaces are available on University campuses. Some of them are on a first-come-first served basis while others can be booked through ResourceBooker.

BBQs that need to be booked:

• The Quadrangle - Quad Botany Lawn - A14.BBQ1
• Chemistry Building - Eastern Ave Area - F11.BBQ1
• Gadigal Green - G15.BBQ1

If you wish to book these spaces:

1. Please provide the Student Life team a minimum of 5 business days to process your request.
2. Check your event requirements are suitable for the for the requested venue/
3. Please note that these spaces may require a hire price. 
4. You will be contacted by the UniVenues team with a Terms of Hiren and Quote for charges (if applicable).
5. Once confirmed and your booking is 'Approved', the keys will be available from the Front Counter at G12 Services Building, 22 Codrington Street, Darlington between 8am-4pm.
