If an executive member wishes to resign, they must notify the Clubs Team via clubs@usu.edu.au. The Clubs Tea, will then notify the remaining Executives that the resignation has been received and instruct them to hold a GM to fill the position.
If your President, Treasurer or Secretary resigns, they need to be reelected within 30 days or your club will be unregistered. If it happens during Summer or Winter Break, your club will have 30 days from the first day of the next semester.
