Quorum - What is it?

Quorum is the minimum attendance of Ordinary Members at a meeting.

Quorum must be met within 30 minutes of the meeting's planned start time or the meeting must be dissolved, with fresh notice given.

Quorum for an AGM or GM is the lesser of either 15 members or one third of the club's membership. Executive members count towards quorum.

If your club is currently unregistered, you must have at least 15 members in attendance.

Quorums for OMs are 5 members, unless your society has over 70 members, in which case it becomes 10. You must have at least 3 executive members in attendance at an Ordinary Meeting.
